Job Description: Systems Engineer: Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs. Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction. Provides the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations. Requirements:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in science or a related field
Language ability : Communicate level , TOEIC 750
Have 20 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, or Presales role, preferably with a manufacturer and/or system integrator
Experienced in designing and supporting complex enterprise networks across various industries
Proficient in networking solutions including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, Data Center, SD-WAN, SASE and network management platforms — both on-premises and cloud-based (as-a-service)
additional experience with network access control/security solutions (e.g., ClearPass, Cisco ISE, ) is a strong advantage
Possess strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to build trust and influence technical and business stakeholders
Able to understand and align with customer value chains, technical innovations, and evolving industry trends
Strong in customer-facing communication, with the ability to translate technical product features into clear business value
A collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude, able to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment
Nice to have:
