Job Description:

IBCB Quality Engineering function is looking for an experienced Performance Engineer to run and automate aspects of non-functional tests with a focus on environment stability, technical innovation, and creativity

Job Responsibility:

Work collaboratively across product lines and department boundaries to enable performance engineering
Shift left nonfunctional testing through automated load, stress & soak testing
Analyze outputs to provide optimal time-bound assessment windows coupled with CI CD pipelines
Review middleware, frontend & data needs and provide benchmarking services
Test and configure technical flows and business transactions to provide deep insights
Help troubleshoot performance issues using tools and diagnostics provided by APM tools
Drive and promote quality culture within and outside QE
Attract the right talent to build a resilient team

Requirements:

10-12 years of relevant experience with proficiency in DevOps and APM performance engineering tools like LoadUI, LoadRunner & APM tools AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk or plain ELK Stack
Basic awareness of one or more of the following: Java with JMeter, .NET, PHP, Node.js, Python, XML
Experience on any containerized technology (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift)
Knowledge of web-application design, web services, and common service frameworks
Advanced knowledge of Windows or Linux
Experience troubleshooting and solving software performance related issues

Nice to have:

Experience with microservice architectures
Experience with observability tools and SRE foundations
