Job Description:

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, People & Culture - Sales, the Sr People & Culture Business Partner – Sales (Primary) will be responsible for partnering with key Sales Leadership Team members to strengthen our team’s capabilities, structure, and talent. This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on program delivery, and the use of analytics to drive both functional excellence and cultural change.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Delivery of Key Talent Processes for multiple Sales Leadership Team Members
  • Partner with Sales leaders on talent strategies, performance management, talent/succession planning, and skills development
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance impact
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
  • Lead delivery of key P&C programs (i.e. performance management, talent reviews) withing respective SLT member teams
  • Build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Use data to monitor core processes and provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner with the Employee Relations COE for support across the Sales organization
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and team development
  • Provide guidance on employee relations to foster trust and accountability
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on complex ER issues within Sales
  • Consult with Sales leaders and People & Culture business partners to assess, investigate, and resolve ER cases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner
  • Strong skills in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership
  • Proven ability to connect people strategies to measurable business results
  • Skilled communicator with strong facilitation and analytics capabilities
