Reporting to the Associate Vice President, People & Culture - Sales, the Sr People & Culture Business Partner – Sales (Primary) will be responsible for partnering with key Sales Leadership Team members to strengthen our team’s capabilities, structure, and talent. This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on program delivery, and the use of analytics to drive both functional excellence and cultural change.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Delivery of Key Talent Processes for multiple Sales Leadership Team Members
Partner with Sales leaders on talent strategies, performance management, talent/succession planning, and skills development
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance impact
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
Lead delivery of key P&C programs (i.e. performance management, talent reviews) withing respective SLT member teams
Build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
Use data to monitor core processes and provide actionable recommendations
Partner with the Employee Relations COE for support across the Sales organization
Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and team development
Provide guidance on employee relations to foster trust and accountability
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on complex ER issues within Sales
Consult with Sales leaders and People & Culture business partners to assess, investigate, and resolve ER cases
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner
Strong skills in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership
Proven ability to connect people strategies to measurable business results
Skilled communicator with strong facilitation and analytics capabilities
