Join Sandisk’s People Experience team as a Sr. Business & People Partner (BPP), providing strategic partnership to the Corporate Functions. In this highly visible and global role, you will support a talented team of Business & People Partners to drive strategic initiatives that result in business value and impact. As a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders, you will help define a world class people strategy and plans that deliver sustained impact in attracting, engaging and developing our workforce.
Job Responsibility:
Acts as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to designated executives
Actively engage business leaders to plan and execute effective business strategies that align with global people solutions priorities and drive business results.
Leverage deep understanding of the business to translate and drive clear business-focused talent, engagement and organizational strategies that achieve business outcomes, using data to drive insights and actions.
Drive the BU talent agenda and provides leadership on talent management, including assessing, developing, coaching and rewarding global talent.
Forge strong partnerships with teams across the People Solutions ecosystem, including COE and other partners to identify and deliver fit for purpose solutions.
Facilitate change management initiatives with a focus on culture, inclusion, leadership capabilities and engagement.
Leads and participates in cross-functional working teams on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with relevant certification preferred
8+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant experience
Demonstrates an inclusive leadership style with an emphasis on results and developing high performing team members
Experience working and navigating matrixed and global teams – experience in working with teams in India, Israel and Asia are a plus.
Demonstrated success in developing cutting edge global strategy and driving process improvements in a global workplace
Experience and resiliency in leading and supporting transformation and change
Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating large scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
Goal-oriented, proactive, resourceful, accountable and passionate about driving results
Strong business and financial acumen.
