We are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal specializing in estate administration to join our dedicated team at their law firm near Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage all aspects of estate and trust administration, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional client service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and manage estate assets with precision and attention to detail
Perform probate-related tasks to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Administer estates independently, overseeing all necessary documentation and processes
Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records for estates and trusts
Prepare and review income, inheritance, and estate tax returns
Draft fiduciary accountings, schedules of distribution, and other essential legal documents
Create receipt and release agreements as well as other estate-related paperwork
Collaborate with attorneys and clients to address inquiries and resolve estate administration matters
Requirements:
Extensive experience in independently administering estates and trusts
Proficiency in preparing income tax returns for individuals, estates, and trusts
Strong analytical skills to manage complex financial matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
Ability to reliably commute to Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, and work in an in-office environment
Pennsylvania Notary Public certification is preferred but not mandatory
