Job Description

As a Sr. Paid Search Manager at Zion & Zion, you will serve as a client-facing leader responsible for shaping and executing paid search strategies that drive measurable results. You will translate client business goals into impactful search campaigns and oversee the daily management and optimization of their accounts, building trusted relationships along the way. The role requires strong collaboration with the media team to drive performance across channels, and with analytics, strategy, and client services teams to connect search strategies to broader business outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and lead paid search strategies that align with client business goals and drive measurable results
  • Manage campaign performance, budgets, and optimizations across major search platforms
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, present findings, and recommend opportunities for growth
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and thought leadership
  • Put together clear and concise presentations
  • Analyze the meaning behind data and communicate key findings and highlights to clients
  • Pull media pacing reports and analyze against KPIs
  • Collaborate and innovate with agency departments and cross functional teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience at a media planning & buying agency experience a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications (Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Business Administration, or similar)
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience presenting to client executives and upper management
  • Must be a proactive team player willing to roll your sleeves up and help the team as needed
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for rapid troubleshooting and ability to problem-solve independently
  • Self-starter who can keep track of multiple projects and meet deadlines without a direct manager to prioritize their desk
  • Excellent interpersonal skills needed to work in a cross functional company environment
