Job Description:

Sr. Operations Representative at Capital One Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila). Responsibilities include account servicing, functional knowledge, training, and servicing. Qualifications: at least high school level, at least 7 months Call Center experience, Fluent in English.

Job Responsibility:

  • Account Servicing: Listens attentively to customers to address issues/questions responsibly
  • Updates account information as requested by the customer
  • Transfers the customer to the appropriate department as needed
  • Functional Knowledge: Displays expertise in product and service knowledge
  • Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Training: Completes and passes assessment of required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent potential job risks
  • Servicing: Handles incoming calls to provide customers credit card usage information, verification of payment, online technical support, and assist customers with other account-related concerns

Requirements:

  • At least high school level
  • Must have at least 7 months Call Center experience, Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing background
  • Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
  • Preferably with Financial or Fraud Background
