Job Description

Our client, located in NJ, is currently in need of a Sr NetApp Architect for a 7 month contract. The consultant will work remotely in support of storage design, rebalancing and optimization of a large tenant environment with multiple NetApp arrays and clusters.

Job Responsibility

  • Design a rebalancing program to identify specific tenants and plan migrations of those tenants across the new clusters and arrays for best utilization of our storage environment
  • Design QoS policies for deployment across the Supplier environment
  • Setup reporting for performance and traffic engineering of the Supplier environment
  • Execute MOPs to grow and optimize the Supplier environment based on the scope details above
  • Deploy new Supplier storage arrays into switched clusters allowing for separation of OpenStack and OpenShift

Requirements

  • Ability to work on a W2 basis
  • Experience designing NetApp solutions with a focus on rebalancing and optimizing storage environments
  • Experience with QoS policies for deployments across supplier/tenant environments
  • OpenShift and Trident Space, and Kubernetes are must haves for this role.
