Job Description

Sr .NET developer to design, develop, implement, and support new and enhanced solutions for our Train Control safety-critical systems such as Positive Train Control.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, implement, and support new and enhanced solutions for our Train Control safety-critical systems such as Positive Train Control
  • Interact with other developers, technical leads, solution architects, and business analysts
  • Identify key milestones and communications points to achieve quality and timely deliverables
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, seeks feedback often and is effective in continuous personal and professional development
  • Ensure our systems have excellent hygiene, performance, and evergreen processes to maintain high availability that supports the safety of our resources as well as velocity measurements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Object-Oriented Development experience
  • C#
  • .Net Framework 4.7 or greater
  • .Net Core 3.1
  • .NET 5 Message Brokers.(RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, WebSphereMQ)
  • REST API
  • SOA, Event-driven Services, Microservices
  • SQL Server
  • Multithreading
  • Unit testing framework
  • Proven ability to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent Drive for Results and Planning skills
