Job Title : Sr MIS Exective Location : Bangalore Experience : 4 to 7years Skills : Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Documentation, Data Management. Core Roles and Responsibilities: Advanced Data Reporting & Analysis: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports regarding sales performance, inventory levels, and regional market share. System Maintenance & Automation: Maintaining databases and automating routine reporting tasks using Advanced Excel (Macros, VBA), SQL, or BI tools to improve reporting efficiency. Data Accuracy & Validation: Ensuring 100% accuracy and consistency across systems, reconciling data from various sources (e.g., SAP, DMS) to detect and correct errors. Performance Dashboards: Developing and maintaining dashboards and performance scorecards for senior management review. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating with Sales, Service, Finance, and IT departments to gather inputs and provide actionable insights. Key Requirements & Skills Experience: 4–7 years of experience in data management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Technical Proficiencies: Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is essential. and SQL is highly preferred. Data Interpretation: Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and KPIs that impact business performance
