Job Description

In this role, a highly motivated Senior Manager will lead a cross-functional technical team and drive innovation across the Revenue Management and data ecosystem. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while advancing automation and AI capabilities across operations, solution delivery, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in technical leadership, team development, and end-to-end solution delivery across platforms such as Model N, Databricks, MuleSoft, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and AWS Redshift. This role is responsible for driving product and data strategy, managing complex integrations, and ensuring compliance with data and regulatory standards. A key focus of this role is to identify and deliver practical automation solutions, including workflow automation, system integration, and Generative AI, to streamline revenue management processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. The role works closely with Contract Pricing and Execution teams to deliver targeted, business-driven solutions. This leader is expected to be hands-on in design and implementation, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across global, cross-functional teams.

  • Champion sound engineering practices such as modular design, secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD, and operational observability
  • Lead delivery of automation solutions across Revenue Management ecosystem with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and measurable business impact
  • Identify automation opportunities and partner with stakeholders to determine the appropriate solution approach, balancing AI and non-AI methods based on value, complexity, and maintainability
  • Design and deliver solutions supporting revenue management processes
  • Enable process improvements and implement data synchronization with upstream and downstream systems such as SAP, iDNA, Contract and Pricing, Anaplan, Contract Intelligence, Customer Master, and Compass
  • Introduce AI-assisted capabilities where they provide clear business value
  • Lead rapid prototyping and iterative delivery of solutions with a focus on practical implementation
  • Establish reusable patterns and best practices for automation design, integrations, and responsible use of AI
  • Collaborate with enterprise AI and architecture teams to leverage shared tools and services while maintaining focus on domain-specific delivery
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 12 - 16 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field OR Bachelor’s degree with 14 - 17 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of software engineers
  • 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams delivering software, automation, or system solutions
  • 2+ years of experience applying AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, within business workflows where appropriate
  • Demonstrated experience delivering workflow automation, system configuration, and integrations
  • Strong technical knowledge in Databricks, cloud-based ETL tools, AWS or similar platforms, Big Data, Data Lake architecture, and data integration technology
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with operational needs
  • Strong understanding of when to apply AI-driven approaches versus deterministic automation to solve business problems effectively
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experienced with software engineering best practices, including but not limited to version control (Git, Subversion, etc.), CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven etc.), automated unit testing, and Dev Ops
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies such as Scaled Agile
  • Success in mentoring and developing strong product analysts, business analysts, and developers
  • Demonstrated experience in managing technology initiatives and teams with a track record of successful innovation
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and build new partnerships
