This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage the marketing program for the successful introduction and commercialization of the Infusion Therapies and Platforms (ITP) product line in Taiwan
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for the assigned product line
  • Primary focus on day-to-day management of the assigned product, including programs, promotional materials, tracking and managing competitive activity
  • Develop marketing strategy and execution plans to promote assigned product/branding and support premium pricing strategy
  • Work closely with sales team and other cross function members to ensure the execution of marketing plans, while it’s in compliance with company policy and external regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely support obtaining and efficient marketing operation
  • Facilitate new product availability analysis, pre-launch and after launch operation
  • Track market profile: customer information, market news/information, health care policy, competitors
  • Build professional relationships and partnerships with key customers, hospital managers, associations and government healthcare officials through marketing programs
  • Facilitate effective marketing communication between local market and regional GBU

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years marketing/sales working experience in consumer / healthcare industry with 3+ years hands-on experience in marketing
  • Proven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing function
  • Strategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plans
  • Leadership skills to drive marketing plan executional excellence
  • Solid skills in KOL management and customer advocacy development
  • Able to work with cross functional team to drive results
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Science or equivalent, Master degree preferred
