Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage the marketing program for the successful introduction and commercialization of the Infusion Therapies and Platforms (ITP) product line in Taiwan
Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for the assigned product line
Primary focus on day-to-day management of the assigned product, including programs, promotional materials, tracking and managing competitive activity
Develop marketing strategy and execution plans to promote assigned product/branding and support premium pricing strategy
Work closely with sales team and other cross function members to ensure the execution of marketing plans, while it’s in compliance with company policy and external regulations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely support obtaining and efficient marketing operation
Facilitate new product availability analysis, pre-launch and after launch operation
Track market profile: customer information, market news/information, health care policy, competitors
Build professional relationships and partnerships with key customers, hospital managers, associations and government healthcare officials through marketing programs
Facilitate effective marketing communication between local market and regional GBU
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years marketing/sales working experience in consumer / healthcare industry with 3+ years hands-on experience in marketing
Proven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing function
Strategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plans
Leadership skills to drive marketing plan executional excellence
Solid skills in KOL management and customer advocacy development
Able to work with cross functional team to drive results
Good interpersonal & presentation skills
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Science or equivalent, Master degree preferred
