The Senior Manager Delivery is a disciplined agile delivery leader accountable for enterprise-critical outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Delivery Management, this role leads cross-functional delivery teams to achieve strategic business and technology objectives, owns core Disciplined Agile Delivery processes that enable high-performing teams, and teaches delivery values and skills across the enterprise. You create the conditions for success, translate strategy into executable plans, and model delivery excellence for the organization.

  • Manage risks to value and quality, including adherence to test strategies, coordination of delivery dependencies, and timely escalation with options and recommendations

  • Prepare and present concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders
  • Maintain executive-ready status reports and dashboards on a defined cadence
  • Partner with Finance and business sponsors to articulate ROI, benefit tracking, and investment health
  • Identify and implement agile process improvements for stable delivery
  • Develop and report on agile health and maturity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of program/ delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives (inclusive of at least 6 years of leading delivery managers, scrum teams, or cross-functional squads)
  • Proven record of executive- level communication and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools
  • adherence to SDLC, Change Management, and Risk/Security frameworks
  • Leader of the delivery team- facilitation communication, tailoring processes, empowering the team, removing impediments, and creating the conditions for mission success
  • Laser-focus on delivering the results and honoring commitments while holding other accountable to theirs

  • MRI technologists utilize their knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the principles of MRI to safely and efficiently operate MRI scanners, assisting in the diagnosis of disease and injury.
  • Ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors who come in contact with the powerful magnetic field of a MRI scanner.
  • Position patients and coils on a table that slides inside the MRI scanner.
  • Inject contrast media as required.
  • Set appropriate technical parameters, operate MRI scanners and related equipment, and observe image data on computer monitors during scans.
  • Be familiar with the differences from a normal image and an abnormal image.
  • Recognize and respond to life threatening situations.
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practiced guidelines.
  • Delivers quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
  • Works effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
