This is a unique opportunity to join the LatAm Membership Operations team at the core of Uber Eats. You’ll work on mission-critical projects, driving Membership growth in Mexico and finding ways to do it in the most efficient way possible. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and brings strong business acumen and data-driven thinking. Job Responsibility:

  • Define and run membership acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Diagnose market needs/blockers for growth
  • Set Mexico targets in alignment with the Global teams
  • Execute strategy and assess risks to plan
  • Own market performance and be accountable for the integrity of our execution
  • Analyze and diagnose strategic Mexico market needs, offering a holistic view of performance, customer behavior, and growth opportunities for membership
  • Communicate key insights, risks, and Membership performance trends to General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead the deployment and optimization of membership incentives, ensuring cost-efficiency and top-line impact
  • Own and track performance against the membership plan, ensuring accountability and delivery against commitments
  • Develop and apply analytical frameworks to support Product, channel, and market strategy
  • Lead your own projects end-to-end in a fast-changing, regulated, and competitive environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or related fields
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Hands-on, owner mentality
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or similar languages preferred
  • Solid understanding of business drivers (P&L, competition, user behavior, operational performance, and risk)
  • Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and implement effective solutions
  • Resilience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with changing priorities
