Leader to build, scale, and manage high-performance lead generation campaigns across digital channels. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of performance marketing economics, and the ability to drive profitable growth across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, arbitrage, media buying, publisher management, and campaign optimization with a strong focus on revenue and profitability.
Job Responsibility
Lead and scale the Lead Generation business across multiple verticals including Finance, Home Improvement, Insurance, and Consumer Services
Build and manage a high-performing media buying and affiliate operations team
Own revenue, profitability, and campaign performance targets
Develop strategies for customer acquisition across Google, Facebook / Instagram, Native platforms, TikTok, RSOC / Arbitrage channels
Build and strengthen relationships with direct advertisers, lenders, affiliates, aggregators, and media partners
Identify and onboard new affiliate partnerships and traffic sources
Scale campaigns while maintaining compliance with platform and advertiser guidelines
Monitor campaign KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversion rate, and margins
Drive optimization across creatives, landing pages, bidding, targeting, and funnel performance
Work closely with finance, compliance, and operations teams for smooth execution and cash flow planning
Build reporting frameworks and present business performance to leadership regularly
Lead hiring, mentoring, and training of media buyers and affiliate managers
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
Experience in Finance verticals such as Debt Relief, Personal Loans, HELOC, Insurance, or Mortgage
Understanding of RSOC arbitrage and feed monetization models
Knowledge of compliance and platform policy frameworks
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to build scalable processes and operational discipline
