Job Description

Translate business objectives from staffinc's business entities into actionable marketing initiatives. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, brand activations) with measurable ROI. Monitor and optimize campaign performance (HQL, CMP, brand recall/awareness). Provide strategic guidance to junior strategists and coordinate cross-department marketing projects.
