Job Description:

In this role, you will support swag request project management, stakeholder management, and swag fulfillment.

Job Responsibility:

Optimize and Expand Swag Operations
Define Swag Strategy and Recipient Experience
Curate and Source Cohort-Specific Swag
Manage Design Execution and Decoration Techniques
Coordinate Branded Packaging Solutions
Premium Branded Products, Event Assets & Coordination

Requirements:

At least 5+ years of experience managing successful, innovative merchandise programs
Proven ability to align diverse cross-functional teams toward a shared vision and strategy
Prior experience in apparel and/or swag-specific roles
Extensive knowledge of global distribution methods, including warehouses, 3PL, and other logistics partners
Established relationships with culturally relevant brands
