Job Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies (email marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC)
  • Develop and execute SEO and backlink strategies, enhancing the company’s digital presence
  • Conduct site audits, ensuring SEO best practices are in place and resolving identified issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to align marketing strategies with overall company goals
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend and ROI, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Track and report on all relevant metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion), providing actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize website performance and user experience
  • Handle moderate complexity in managing marketing channels, coordinating marketing content creation, and leading discussions on improving marketing processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or project management with a focus on demand generation and lead generation
  • Experience managing a team, with strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from inception to completion, delivering measurable results
  • Expertise in using ClickFunnels to create and optimize sales funnels
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and backlink strategies
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and social media management
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
