Egnyte is looking for a stellar B2B marketing leader, that has previous experience marketing to and driving demand within vertical industries and a new region for a product or business. This candidate should have a proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through effective digital and field marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, values a close partnership with sales, and has broad experience across webinars, trade shows, virtual events, email nurture marketing, content creation, digital ads, and sponsorships. Building, maintaining, and supporting relationships with sales, channel, & Product counterparts is critical to success in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive regional pipeline via field marketing programs, channel partner campaigns, and digital engagement tactics
  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across field, digital, and channel GTM
  • Act as the regional marketing lead for MENA, supporting Sales, Channel, and Product Marketing needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, solutions engineering, product marketing, demand generation, and other stakeholders to build and execute marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue within our core verticals in MENA
  • Develop quarterly plans and campaign/event calendars by working closely with Sales and Channel to modify/adapt based on pipeline coverage, regional initiatives, strategic opportunities, or gap needs
  • Earn the role of trusted advisor on all things pipeline and revenue to Sales and leadership
  • Constantly tune and optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition cost and increase ROI
  • Localized messaging, landing pages, references, and nurture flows for regional target sectors and personas
  • Work with Marketing Analytics and Sales Ops to track, analyze and report on funnel metrics and campaign performance across all channels
  • Proactively identify gaps, trends, standard methodologies, headwinds, and tailwinds that impact the regional initiatives
  • Work with Product Marketing to understand our content and messaging strategy, ideal customer profile, and personas to ensure enablement, regional consumption, and enhance conversion/cycle metrics (i.e.: MQL, Pipeline, ROI on events & campaigns, etc.)
  • Manage marketing budget, event organizers, and third-party vendors, and merch inventory in MENA
  • Attend MENA Operational syncs, Forecasts and Customer Experience meetings prepared with your inputs and recommended outputs
  • Follow and contribute to regional best practices, ROE, and deal orchestration
  • Travel to customer and partner sites, Egnyte internal on-site meetings and trade shows/conferences
  • Ability to work remotely and 3 days minimum in office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in SaaS / tech industry
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery
  • Able to communicate fluently in English (and Arabic preferred) for regionalized content and messaging with knowledge of GTM nuances
  • Knowledge of key channel players (e.g., Redington, Mannai, regional Distributers and resellers) and their GTM approaches and collaboration opportunities
  • In-depth knowledge of campaign tactics and execution
  • Demonstrable experience in managing campaigns, events and field marketing for B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding key technologies – SFDC, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau
  • Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
