Job Description:

In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing automation processes and ensuring seamless integrations across platforms. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the migration to a new marketing automation platform, ensuring accurate data transfers and functionality preservation
  • Work closely with sales and other departments to gather requirements and implement tailored marketing automation solutions
  • Monitor and resolve database issues, including automated data syncs, imports, and extensions
  • Organize and maintain lists, assets, and campaigns within the marketing automation platform for optimal usability
  • Integrate marketing tools and systems to streamline workflows and ensure data consistency
  • Investigate and address system errors to maintain platform reliability
  • Design and execute automated marketing campaigns, journeys, and lead scoring strategies for personalized customer experiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, interfaces, and system integrations
  • Build and manage analytic dashboards to track performance metrics and campaign outcomes
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on marketing automation best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator with a proven track record of successful implementations
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations with marketing technologies such as On24, Demandbase, and Google Analytics
  • Expertise in managing complex data environments with a focus on maintaining data integrity
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools like Demandbase, Highspot, and Qualtrics
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with its integration into marketing platforms
