In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing automation processes and ensuring seamless integrations across platforms. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the migration to a new marketing automation platform, ensuring accurate data transfers and functionality preservation
Work closely with sales and other departments to gather requirements and implement tailored marketing automation solutions
Monitor and resolve database issues, including automated data syncs, imports, and extensions
Organize and maintain lists, assets, and campaigns within the marketing automation platform for optimal usability
Integrate marketing tools and systems to streamline workflows and ensure data consistency
Investigate and address system errors to maintain platform reliability
Design and execute automated marketing campaigns, journeys, and lead scoring strategies for personalized customer experiences
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, interfaces, and system integrations
Build and manage analytic dashboards to track performance metrics and campaign outcomes
Provide training and ongoing support to team members on marketing automation best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator with a proven track record of successful implementations
Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations with marketing technologies such as On24, Demandbase, and Google Analytics
Expertise in managing complex data environments with a focus on maintaining data integrity
Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with MarTech tools like Demandbase, Highspot, and Qualtrics
Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with its integration into marketing platforms
