  • Evaluate supplier capability, readiness, and multi-geo expansion feasibility
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives such as second-source qualification, BOM optimization, and process improvement
  • Lead factory readiness for new programs from EVT through MP, ensuring process maturity and equipment capability
  • Work with cross-functional teams (ME, EE, TE, PE, PM) to develop validation plans and ensure milestone completion
  • Secure smooth ramp-up with minimal issues and on-time delivery of engineering builds
  • Support strategic roadmap for touch and display module technologies
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics: yield, quality, cost, delivery, and risk
  • Lead cross-functional communication to ensure clarity and alignment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to travel to supplier sites (e.g., China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea)
  • This role will work closely with manufacturing partners and must be on-site in Haiphong City, 5 days per week

Nice to have:
