Lead technical reviews with suppliers (DFM, DFR, MP readiness, CTQ/CTF alignment)
Ensure stable yield performance through process control, SPC, and issue containment
Lead root cause analysis (5Why, FTA, DOE) for critical quality issues and drive permanent corrective actions
Strengthen supplier quality systems and first-launch quality for new products
Institutionalize lessons learned and best-in-class practices across all operations
Manage TDM+ suppliers for panels, touch sensors, OCA/OCR, cover glass, and module assembly
Evaluate supplier capability, readiness, and multi-geo expansion feasibility
Drive cost optimization initiatives such as second-source qualification, BOM optimization, and process improvement
Lead factory readiness for new programs from EVT through MP, ensuring process maturity and equipment capability
Work with cross-functional teams (ME, EE, TE, PE, PM) to develop validation plans and ensure milestone completion
Secure smooth ramp-up with minimal issues and on-time delivery of engineering builds
Support strategic roadmap for touch and display module technologies
Provide regular updates on performance metrics: yield, quality, cost, delivery, and risk
Lead cross-functional communication to ensure clarity and alignment
