You have a degree in Technical Writing, International Technical Communication, or a comparable qualification
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English (any other language is considered as an asset)

Job Responsibility

You will be a part of a multi-national product management team and help build products in our security, backup, and GRC suite, as well as internal tools
You create technical product documentation according to the DITA standard in German and English with the Oxygen XML Editor
You translate texts into other languages, mainly: German and English (French and Spanish is considered a bonus) and coordinate externally sourced translations
You coordinate the content of documentation with developers, and the product team
You translate or create texts for the user interfaces of our product suite in coordination with the product team
You create product change logs and release notes for upcoming releases
You answer questions about products that you have documented and facilitate transfer of knowledge across departments
