The pace of change is evolving faster than ever, and so is how we plan, engineer, and deploy. This role sits at the intersection of that change — leading strategy and business operations within the Network Deployment & Initiatives team in the Network Infrastructure & Operations organization. The Sr. Manager determines and enables hardware deployment readiness, integrating deployment process and strategy with financial and operational planning to deliver outcomes that shape deployment efficiency. More importantly, this leader is accountable for building and developing a high-performing team of Senior+ engineers. Success comes from coaching and empowering engineers to take ownership, grow as technical leaders, and operate with a high-agency mindset — moving with urgency, incorporating AI into how they work, and defining new approaches before there's a playbook. The Sr. Manager provides direction and removes obstacles while enabling the team to own execution and drive outcomes. T-Mobile is building a world-class hardware deployment organization — the highest quality, most efficient, and most cost-optimized in the industry — and this Sr. Manager will lead the way.
