Job Description

As a Senior Manager on the Growth Finance team, you will be a key strategic and financial thought partner for multiple cross-functional teams, including Regional Finance, Operations, Tech, and Strategy & Planning. Your primary focus will be overseeing the spend and efficiency of key growth levers, such as incentives, offers, and pricing, across both our Delivery and Mobility businesses. You will manage key initiatives to inform capital allocation across these growth investments, playing a critical role in maximizing spend efficiency and return on investment. You will lead a team responsible for leveraging our operational and financial data to generate insightful analysis, thereby empowering decision-makers across the business. This role involves making significant contributions to high-profile strategic and operational initiatives. Job Responsibility

  • Business partnerships: Work closely with business and functional leaders to enhance financial reporting & forecasting to drive insights and change, applying business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision making
  • Financial planning & Capital Allocation frameworks: You will be responsible for working across finance, operations and strategy teams to build capital allocation frameworks to support the growth of our LoBs
  • Business Analysis: This role involves connecting financial insights to operational results, and the external environment
  • Help us scale our reporting infrastructure: Lead cross functional projects enhancing our reporting infrastructure to provide the organization with the right tools to understand trends and manage to targets
  • Develop the team: Grow and develop your team while partnering across the Strategic Finance to add to our team norms, mission, career paths, and goals

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Finance, Economics, Math
  • A minimum of 8+ years in Consulting, Investment Banking
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and visualization tools
  • Operational experience, particularly within growth and pricing strategies
  • Exceptional ability to lead complex workstreams and manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level financial planning systems

Nice to have

MBA, CFA, or CPA qualification is a plus
