Job Description

The Sr Manager, State Government Sales is responsible for managing and directing the state government sales strategy in collaboration with front-line Government sellers. This role involves leading and managing a team of 8+ sellers, motivating, and coaching them to achieve strong performance results.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales generation strategies to support new state government business
  • Identify retention opportunities to maintain and grow the existing customer base
  • Lead and manage a team of 8+ sellers

  • Provide strategic leadership and support to ensure team success

Requirements
