The Sr Manager, State Government Sales is responsible for managing and directing the state government sales strategy in collaboration with front-line Government sellers. This role involves leading and managing a team of 8+ sellers, motivating, and coaching them to achieve strong performance results.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales generation strategies to support new state government business
Identify retention opportunities to maintain and grow the existing customer base
Lead and manage a team of 8+ sellers
Motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve strong performance results
Provide strategic leadership and support to ensure team success
Support additional non-selling and administrative functions as needed
Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by business management
