Job Description

Leads the PMO Project Controls Group managing the following department functions: scheduling, estimating, cost engineering (reporting and forecasting). Supports turnaround with resources aligned upon with Sr Director, CAP & Portfolio Management and SVP, Capital & Turnaround.

Requirements

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Two (2) or more years Experience managing others (Required)
  • Six (6) or more years Experience in Project Controls (Required)
  • Six (6) or more years Experience in Oil & Gas (Required)
  • Working knowledge of scheduling tools
  • Owns scheduling for assigned business unit (Refining or Midstream)
  • Owns estimating for assigned business unit (Refining or Midstream)
  • Owns Cost Engineering for assigned business unit (Refining or Midstream), including individual project reporting, forecasting (with alignment to schedule - department check and balance), project cost/schedule optimization
  • Manages a department of 4-7 people
