Your role at Baxter: You as Sr Manager, Production, will Plan, prioritize, coordinate and supervise all aspects related to manufacturing, whether it is finished product, sub-assemblies and automated must ensure that equipment, materials, personnel, and other resources are used efficiently according to the assigned budget. It must also implement to regulations and procedures for quality, finance, health and safety, government, and internal policies. s. This position provides direct support to the General Manager for adequate decision-making in their areas. Part of their role involves the Development of their area based on thoughtful planning and value creation.
