Sr. Manager Production

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Production Manager to lead our heavy machinery machine shop. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing high-precision manufacturing processes, including large-scale CNC machining, Horizontal Machining Centers (HVM), and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). The ideal candidate will bring a deep technical understanding of heavy-duty component fabrication and a proven track record of managing large teams in a high-stakes, safety-conscious environment. You will be tasked with optimizing throughput, ensuring uncompromising quality, and driving operational excellence through Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
