You as Sr Manager, Production, will Plan, prioritize, coordinate and supervise all aspects related to manufacturing, whether it is finished product, sub-assemblies and automated must ensure that equipment, materials, personnel, and other resources are used efficiently according to the assigned budget. It must also implement to regulations and procedures for quality, finance, health and safety, government, and internal policies. s. This position provides direct support to the General Manager for adequate decision-making in their areas. Part of their role involves the Development of their area based on thoughtful planning and value creation.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the improvement of production systems, methods and processes with the aim of reducing operational costs and generating made valuable contributions to the product
Supervise and coordinate activities related to the manufacturing process, controlling the efficient use of resources
Escalate in a timely manner and ensure that any situation that impacts personnel, products or processes is accurately handled
Maintain the performance indicators at a good level in accordance with the established goals
Ensure, in conjunction with other departments, compliance with regulatory, financial, safety, or other applicable requirements in manufacturing processes
Total administration of the department's personnel through the different levels of supervisors that promote a good work environment and associate happiness
Participate in the preparation and estimation of the budget of the area under their responsibility based on production forecasts and the projects or changes that they envision will occur in the future
Control execution. Carry out the financial and qualitative benefit analyses associated with the projects proposed or in execution
Manually and/or electronically detail the information required to align with applicable procedures and specifications
Requirements:
University Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial or equivalent experience
English language proficiency
Sophisticated knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques
