Job Description:

Senior Manager, Product Management within the PULSE debit framework is centered on driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology, with a strong emphasis on reimagining the status quo and identifying new opportunities for value creation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acts as a servant leader, guiding and supporting product owners across development teams
  • Leading the execution and development of the product vision, driving business value, and improving customer experience while managing dependencies across teams and cross-functional partners
  • Possess deep technical and business architecture skills, enabling them to recognize patterns and resolve complex problems efficiently
  • Fostering organizational alignment, ensuring that product owners are empowered to deliver outcomes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
