We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Social Marketing to lead and optimize multi-platform paid social campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is hands-on and strategic, with responsibility for campaign performance, optimization, and mentorship of junior team members. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, platform-savvy, and energized by driving measurable results through paid media.
Job Responsibility
Lead and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery aligned to performance KPIs
Mentor and support 1–2 paid social managers, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and optimization best practices
Execute and oversee campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X (formerly Twitter)
Apply advanced audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and platform-specific optimization techniques to scale performance
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategic adjustments to maximize ROI
Conduct audience research and segmentation in partnership with strategy teams to inform targeting and creative direction
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to client-facing teams and internal stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, client experience, and business intelligence teams to ensure cohesive execution
Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights and clearly connect results to client goals
Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid social technologies
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns across major platforms with a strong performance track record
Deep hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, and X, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally
Advanced proficiency in platform analytics, optimization techniques, and performance measurement
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and adapt to shifting priorities
Extensive hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
