Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Social Marketing to lead and optimize multi-platform paid social campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is hands-on and strategic, with responsibility for campaign performance, optimization, and mentorship of junior team members. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, platform-savvy, and energized by driving measurable results through paid media.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery aligned to performance KPIs
  • Mentor and support 1–2 paid social managers, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and optimization best practices
  • Execute and oversee campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Apply advanced audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and platform-specific optimization techniques to scale performance
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategic adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation in partnership with strategy teams to inform targeting and creative direction
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to client-facing teams and internal stakeholders
