Job Responsibility:
Lead and coach the sales team to build customer relationships and manage sales pipelines effectively to drive revenue growth
Recruit, onboard, and develop sales professionals to maintain a high-performing team aligned with organizational values
Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to support team learning and market responsiveness
Foster collaboration across internal and external partners to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Acceptable areas of study include Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
4-7 years Sales management
4-7 years Outside sales experience and a demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment within the same company
2-4 years Technology sales/Wireless industry
Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills, including strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities
Leadership Ability to inspire and guide a sales team, effectively communicate goals, make strategic decisions, and drive performance
Sales Process Management Experience with funnel management and accurate forecasting
