Job Description

Sr Manager, Manufacturing in India will be located in Salcomp Chennai. That is the leadership role in our EMS partner. In this position, you will coordinate both Enphase and Salcomp resource to run NPI and MP to support company need.

Job Responsibility

  • Fully manage the India EMS factory Operation for both NPI and MP stage
  • Keep the strategic relationship with EMS factory to support Enphase Business
  • Take the leadership role for Chennai Enphase cross function on site team
  • Optimize the production line by automation and reduce the VAM cost
  • Drive the Quality, Yield improve for MP
  • Factory CT, OEE, Layout improvement
  • Expand capacity to match with Enphase demand need

Requirements

  • B.E / M.Tech. in Mechanical or MFG Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience
  • 12+ years of experience at MFG area
  • 5 years+ as a people manager role
  • Good influence capability on vendor side to drive factory align with your instruction
  • Familiar with PCBA and mechanical assembly process
  • Good factory experience on Yield and SPC improvement
  • Expert knowledge of production automation
  • Data analysis skill to monitor/detect/resolve problems in factory daily operation
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
