Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Candidates with maternal and infant industry management experience are preferred.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
