We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics. Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day. Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products
Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels
Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods
Requirements:
4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Master's Degree (Preferred)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Provide leadership and support of a behavior based safety culture at every employee level

Develop and implement annual business plans (financial, safety, environment, quality, personnel, etc.) in alignment with Delek objectives

Analyze revenue by lane, customer, equipment type and driver
Track rate per mile (RPM) and revenue per load
Identify underperforming lanes or customers
Cost analysis by categories: fuel, wage and benefits, repairs, maintenance, insurance, tolls/permits, detention/layover, cost permile by lane, identify cost variances vs budget
Profibliity analysis of load level, land and customer margin analysis, driver and dispatcher impact on margins, fixed vs variable cost allocation
Build and maintain transportation budgets
Forecast monthly/quarterly P&L performance
Volume, rate and cost sensitivity analysis
Scenario modeling of fuel spikes and volume changes
Partnering with dispatch and operational support to reduce deadhead miles, improve asset utilization, reduce detention, support KPI development and tracking
