Job Description:

Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including supplier agreements, customer contracts, and service agreements. Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry. Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage any legal issues related to compliance. Legal Advice and Support: Provide legal advice to various departments on a wide range of legal issues. Assist in the development of legal strategies and policies. Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation involving the company. Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary. Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements. Support the preparation and management of board meetings and shareholder meetings. Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions for employees on legal topics such as compliance, anti-bribery, and intellectual property.
