We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager, Internal Communications to lead and execute our internal communication strategy across the organization. This role is critical in driving employee engagement, aligning teams with the company’s mission and values, and fostering a transparent, inclusive, and high-performing culture. As a leader in the Communications team, you will be the trusted advisor to senior leadership and a key partner to HR, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. You will develop and implement internal communication plans, lead employee messaging during organizational changes, and ensure that all employees feel informed, connected, and inspired.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a communications advisor to senior executives, supporting leadership messaging and organizational change efforts
Own the voice, tone, and consistency of internal messaging across all channels and departments
Craft compelling executive communications, speeches, all-hands presentations, and employee announcements
Support change management communications during organizational shifts
Partner with People/HR to support culture-building, inclusion, onboarding, values rollout, and employee recognition initiatives
Drive communications that celebrate employees, amplify successes, and highlight diverse voices and stories
Manage internal communication platforms (intranet, Slack/Teams, email newsletters, video updates, etc.)
Ensure communication channels are engaging, accessible, and effectively used for different types of messages
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications using engagement metrics, feedback surveys, and analytics
Continually improve messaging strategies based on data, employee input, and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement—preferably in a leadership role
Proven success developing and executing internal communication strategies in a fast-paced, evolving organization
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities
Nice to have:
