As a Sr Manager, Government, you will lead a team of frontline Account Executives to create and execute sales strategies for Local Government customers. Leveraging your government industry experience, you will focus on driving new sales, customer retention, channel metrics, and delivering world-class customer solutions. You will motivate and coach your team to achieve strong performance results and serve as a key resource in driving strategy and execution within the Local Government sales vertical.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales generation strategies to support Local Government sales
Work with cross-functional teams to identify retention opportunities
Hire, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives
Support additional non-selling and administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
2+ years experience in direct sales management Required
2+ years experience in the Local or State Government industry Preferred
2+ years experience managing a team Preferred
4+ years business markets sales experience Required
