As we continue to expand our service offerings, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product to support the strategy, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across our healthcare organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to product vision and roadmap development while owning execution across the full product lifecycle
  • Partner closely with clinical, operational, and technology teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions across Salesforce (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Field Service/Home Health), Snowflake, and other internal and third-party platforms
  • Lead product discovery efforts, including stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis
  • Evaluate opportunities using business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve product performance and scalability
  • Own execution across the product lifecycle, from requirements through launch and iteration
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and outcomes
  • Coordinate vendor-related activities, including procurement timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Collaborate across product, operations, clinical, and technology teams
  • Communicate product direction, timelines, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Facilitate working sessions and demos to drive alignment and transparency
  • Advocate for user-centered design and intuitive workflows
  • Partner with stakeholders to support go-to-market efforts, training, and change management
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback through pilots, testing, and ongoing engagement
  • Contribute to end-to-end solution design across Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Analyze and improve business processes to drive automation, efficiency, and consistency
  • Ensure solutions align with healthcare compliance, security, and data governance standards

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in product management or related roles
  • Experience delivering digital products on Salesforce platforms (e.g., Service Cloud, Health Cloud)
  • Demonstrated strength in product delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Jira for backlog and sprint management, including writing and refining user stories
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
