Circle K Convenience Stores is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager Digital Merchandising - Food to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the digital merchandising strategy for our food product category, ensuring an exceptional digital shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital merchandising, e-commerce, and a deep understanding of the food product market.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute the digital merchandising strategy for the food product category, aligning with overall business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and merchandising, to ensure a cohesive and effective digital merchandising plan
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to optimize digital experience, content and promotions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of merchandising initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the digital merchandising strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, convenience or a related field, with a focus on food products preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital merchandising strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
