Key Responsibilities: 1. New Market Development: Identify and develop new markets, customers, and business opportunities. Drive demand generation and expand market share across regions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. 2. Sales & Marketing Operations: Plan and achieve regional sales targets and profitability goals. Execute pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions. 3. Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. Identify emerging opportunities in chemicals and allied sectors. 5. Business Operations & MIS Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, finance) for seamless execution. Prepare and present MIS reports, forecasts, and sales analytics. Ensure compliance with company policies and processes. 6. Representation & Industry Engagement: Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums. Build networks to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities. Product Portfolio: Primary focus: Chloro-Alkali Products – Caustic Soda, HCL, Chlorine, PVC etc. Additional exposure: Specialty Chemicals including Polymers, Pigments, Resins, Additives, Solvents and Industrial Raw Materials.

Requirements:

  • 12–17 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales & marketing within the chemicals industry
  • Proven track record of scaling up business and achieving revenue growth
  • Strong exposure to modern and progressive sales practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Economics
  • MBA or equivalent qualification with specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • Experience in Polymers, Chlor-Alkalis, Industrial Raw Materials, Pigments, Resins, Additives, or Solvents preferred
