Ensure compliance with company policies and processes. 6. Representation & Industry Engagement: Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums. Build networks to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities. Product Portfolio: Primary focus: Chloro-Alkali Products – Caustic Soda, HCL, Chlorine, PVC etc. Additional exposure: Specialty Chemicals including Polymers, Pigments, Resins, Additives, Solvents and Industrial Raw Materials.

Requirements:
12–17 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales & marketing within the chemicals industry
Proven track record of scaling up business and achieving revenue growth
Strong exposure to modern and progressive sales practices
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Economics
MBA or equivalent qualification with specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred
Experience in Polymers, Chlor-Alkalis, Industrial Raw Materials, Pigments, Resins, Additives, or Solvents preferred
Nice to have:
