We are looking for a Senior Manager, Creative Operations to lead the end-to-end operational engine of the Project Management team for Roku’s Brand & Creative Studio. This role sits at the intersection of brand, creative, marketing, product, and operations — responsible for creating clarity, driving scalable processes, and enabling the team to deliver bold, best-in-class creative work at speed and scale. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader and strategic operator who has built and evolved project management and operations practices within high-performing in-house or agency creative organizations, ideally in streaming or entertainment. They are non-political, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across different business and functional teams. Our industry changes quickly, so we expect this leader to be comfortable responding to changing business needs, using data and insight to make decisions in ambiguity, and knowing that their success comes when the team succeeds.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the day-to-day and long-term evolution of the Project Management and Operations team inside the Creative Studio, ensuring product teams have the right tools, processes and resources to execute on-time, on-budget, on-brief creative deliverables
Serve as a primary point of contact between Creative Studio and cross-functional partners for planning, prioritization, and status of work across multiple time zones and geographies
Own resource and prioritization management, measurement and reporting working to reconcile quarterly reporting against capacity
As part of resource management both internally and externally, own and facilitate the relationship with vendors of the Creative Studio, helping teams secure resourcing, and overseeing contracts and relationships

Identify and champion AI and automation opportunities (e.g., for intake triage, resourcing, status reporting, asset management, or documentation) to streamline workflows, unlock efficiency, and improve quality of work
Model Roku’s culture and values — acting as a culture carrier within the Brand & Creative team and across the broader organization evangelizing our work, our standards, and to build trust and partnership
