Job Responsibility

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the company's strategic goals, attracts and retains top talent, and promotes a high-performance culture within the manufacturing operations
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation structures (salary bands, incentive plans, gainsharing programs) and benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement, wellness) that are competitive and compliant
  • Oversee annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and other incentive distributions
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys specific to the manufacturing industry to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Manage executive compensation programs, including plan design, administration, and compliance
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators
  • Ensure benefits programs are cost-effective, compliant with local regulations, and meet the diverse needs of our workforce
