Work with Legal and Tax to maintain intercompany transaction policies and support documentation as the business evolves. Review intercompany activity and related accounting to help ensure consistency and compliance. Own key close controls and help strengthen our internal control environment. Spot opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize consolidation and reporting processes. Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support quarterly reviews and the annual audit. Partner with the global leadership team on key initiatives and help ensure accurate consolidated results under both US GAAP and IFRS. Provide oversight of the Internal Control Checklist processes. Coordinate reporting activities across global organizations. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership experience in a large public company (technology industry experience is a plus). CPA preferred. Significant experience with SAP ERP system. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) related to consolidated financial statements, with experience in foreign currency analysis.
