The Territory Consumer Operations team (formerly Eater) sits within Consumer Operations and is responsible for owning and driving territory and market-level consumer performance. This team operationalizes consumer growth strategy, generates actionable insights, and leads execution across markets to deliver against Territory and US growth goals. Territory Consumer Operations is accountable for key consumer input metrics at the market and territory level to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, retention. While this team does not own every executional lever, it is responsible for ensuring performance outcomes are met by driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional partners. This team serves as the bridge between strategy and execution—translating US priorities into local action and elevating market insights to inform scaled solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Execute market and territory-level strategic initiatives to drive performance and achieve input targets aligned to the growth framework
Monitor and analyze territory performance
build and maintain dashboards to surface actionable insights
Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and inform local decision-making
Partner closely with Consumer Operations pods to support scaled execution, inform product strategy and prioritization, and drive strong US and territory performance
Partner with Territory GMs, Market Intelligence, Finance, and other teams (Tech, Brand Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, Legal) to shape strategy and prioritize initiatives
Share accountability for territory and market input targets, contributing to broader US business goals
Develop deep understanding of local market dynamics to inform strategy and support both territory-specific and scaled initiatives
Own and optimize ongoing business-as-usual operations to ensure consistent execution and performance
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field.
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management, capital allocation frameworks, or lifecycle segmentation and consumer strategy.
Experience with SQL
Nice to have:
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, highly-ambiguous, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, unifying diverse concepts (e.g., Finance metrics and Marketing segments).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
fluency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets is highly preferred.
Proven experience using data and insights to define customer segments, influence lifecycle strategy, and guide investment decisions.
Highly effective communicator and collaborator
skilled at aligning diverse executive stakeholders and frontline teams across functions and levels.
Strong bias for action and ownership
able to balance strategic big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery and operational detail.
