Job Description

We’re partnering with a fast-growing food e-commerce marketplace that connects consumers with the most iconic and beloved dishes from top restaurants, chefs, and small food makers across the U.S. Their platform empowers independent food businesses to reach nationwide audiences while delivering comfort and culinary joy to customers everywhere. They are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven marketing leader to oversee Performance Marketing for offline channels. This role will be responsible for owning end-to-end strategy, execution and reporting for the Audio, Linear TV, and Direct Mail marketing programs. This will be an individual contributor role that owns the relationship with three agencies.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the seven+ figure offline channel marketing budget, making recommendations on allocation across channels
  • Develop & employ a testing roadmap to improve the incrementality and scale of offline channels
  • Partner with internal analytics & data science teams to identify customer targeting & optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with our in-house & agency creative teams to produce performant ads that balance data-driven insights with an artistic “eye” for what will resonate with customers
  • Drive efficient results through the integration of new insights, learnings derived from performance analysis, and management of our agency partners
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative practices to keep their strategy fresh and competitive
