Job Responsibility

  • Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organisation, such as sales, marketing, product training, support & customer services
  • Collaborating with managers to plan work output for the organisation
  • Approach warm leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Strategize and carry out sales development activities and marketing campaigns
  • Conceptualize and create graphics and videos to support marketing efforts through social media with the help of the design team
  • Help new clients get acquainted with the InvestWell software and provide after-sales support
  • Manage existing client queries regarding the InvestWell software
  • Communicate client feedback and collaborate across Product and Design teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in Management/ Technology or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • A keen interest in Finance and Investments will be an added advantage
  • Candidates should have some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Should have good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in regional languages will be an advantage
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ability to cope with rejections
  • Experience in creating marketing materials will be an added advantage

Nice to have

  • A keen interest in Finance and Investments will be an added advantage
