The Sr. Manager, Amazon and E-Commerce Sales will own the end-to-end performance of Amazon, DTC operations, and all digital Pure Play retail accounts. This role sits at the intersection of commercial sales leadership and operational execution and is responsible for delivering profitable growth across all managed platforms. This individual will act as the primary owner of account performance, including revenue, P&L management, forecasting, customer relationships, and operational excellence. The role requires the ability to translate commercial strategy into disciplined execution while managing multiple platforms, cross-functional partners, and external customer relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute brand, category, and customer growth strategies across Amazon, DTC, and all Pure Play E-Commerce accounts
Own topline sales performance and profitability across managed accounts, including P&L management, forecasting, and trade investment
Utilize data to develop and maintain reporting that identifies trends, risks, and opportunities and communicates insights clearly to the organization
Manage E-Commerce assortment and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, margin improvement, and customer relevance
Oversee merchandising, pricing, promotional execution, and operational performance across Amazon One P, DTC, and Pure Play platforms
Partner with agency teams on retail media execution and promotional strategy to drive traffic, conversion, sell-through, market share growth, and brand awareness
Uncover and execute new Amazon initiatives that improve the customer experience and drive incremental business growth
Manage daily business operations in partnership with customers and internal teams, including item and UPC setup, catalog maintenance, ticketing, promotional events, logistics coordination, and inventory management
Support day-to-day DTC operations, including performance reporting, forecasting inputs, promotional readiness, and site execution
Lead innovation launches across Amazon, DTC, and Pure Play platforms, ensuring cross-functional alignment and on-time execution
Stay current on e-commerce best practices, platform updates, and new features, and translate learnings into actionable improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required
5-7 years of directly relevant digital commerce experience with ownership of Amazon sales and operations
