Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant to support a fast-moving individual in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract position expected to run for 3 months, with the possibility of extension, and it requires someone who can work independently, communicate confidently, and stay organized across changing priorities. The role blends executive support, client-facing coordination, marketing interaction, and administrative writing, making it ideal for someone who is experienced, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee a complex schedule by coordinating appointments, adjusting priorities, and keeping daily activities organized
  • Serve as a point of contact for media partners and marketing vendors, helping maintain productive working relationships and timely follow-up
  • Review recurring performance updates from external media partners and track key monthly reporting details
  • Help manage social media activity by monitoring accounts, supporting content-related needs, and maintaining a strong online presence
  • Respond to online client feedback, including Google reviews, in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Arrange domestic travel plans, including itineraries and logistics, to support business-related commitments
  • Coordinate interviews and testimonial-related interactions involving clients and media partners
  • Participate in vendor and client calls, document important points, and assist with next steps
  • Prepare clear written materials such as letters and other business correspondence as needed

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with calendar management and high-level administrative support
  • Background working with vendors, external partners, or client relationships in a detail-focused setting
  • Familiarity with social media coordination and online reputation monitoring
  • Strong writing ability with confidence drafting clear, effective correspondence
  • Marketing-related experience and the ability to communicate effectively with outside partners
  • Able to work with little supervision, show initiative, and handle challenging personalities with tact
  • Must have flexibility to work overtime
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility to travel locally for meetings as needed
