Job Description:

As Sr. Lead Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible to work with Operations Teams to identify and implement opportunities to optimize process, reduce non-value adds, improve performance and reduce cost.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder feedback
  • Conducting root cause analysis on identified issues or inefficiencies
  • Developing and implementing solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather insights and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Providing training and support employees on process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to brainstorm ideas and solve problems
  • Preparing reports on improvement initiatives and their impact for management review
  • Managing ongoing improvement projects and ensuring they stay on track

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or any related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional improvement projects
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Experience in designing and facilitating training programs
  • Proficiency in at least one automation technology (e.g., VBA macros, Generative AI applications, Alteryx, Power Automate)

Nice to have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies like DMAIC, VSM etc
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience in deploying RPA solutions
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, SAS)
