As Sr. Lead Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible to work with Operations Teams to identify and implement opportunities to optimize process, reduce non-value adds, improve performance and reduce cost.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder feedback
Conducting root cause analysis on identified issues or inefficiencies
Developing and implementing solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity
Collaborating with various departments to gather insights and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Providing training and support employees on process improvement methodologies and tools
Facilitating workshops and meetings to brainstorm ideas and solve problems
Preparing reports on improvement initiatives and their impact for management review
Managing ongoing improvement projects and ensuring they stay on track
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or any related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional improvement projects
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
Experience in designing and facilitating training programs
Proficiency in at least one automation technology (e.g., VBA macros, Generative AI applications, Alteryx, Power Automate)
Nice to have:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies like DMAIC, VSM etc
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in deploying RPA solutions
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, SAS)
